Join us for a special reading program where children read aloud to Farnham the service dog!
Reading is more fun with a friend—especially one with paws! Join us for Pages & Paws with Farnham, a special reading program where children can read aloud to Farnham, a loveable and friendly service dog. Reading to a non-judgmental listener like Farnham helps young readers build confidence, improve fluency, and develop a love of books in a relaxed and supportive environment. Perfect for emerging and reluctant readers!
Readers in grades K-5 can register for a 10 minute one-on-one reading session with Farnham to practice their reading skills. A guardian must be present with each child during the session. Please arrive 5 minutes before your session begins so we can stay on schedule! If you are unable to register for this date there will be more dates to come in the future.
The Brigham City Public Library is located between Main Street and 100 East, northeast of the old courthouse.
